Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock products within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions:

• Special Order Products
  Some items are supplied to special order. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state this and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
  
  
• Order Confirmation or Pre-Configuration
  In some cases, we may need to contact you before dispatch to:

• • confirm order details, or
  • perform optional pre-configuration (e.g. setting date, time, print format, or daylight savings on a time clock).

Where this is required, dispatch may take slightly longer than the standard timeframe.

We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as promptly as possible and will advise you if any delays are expected.
